ABSENCE OF MIND / 2021 / HD video / 00’14” / loop

Rendering errors are the starting point of this work. I made two screenshot movies of the same moving image and placed these two copies on top of each other, one in positive and the other one in negative. I distilled the faltering moments and brought them together into a new montage.
